It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick L. Kowalsky of Windham, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on December 31, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Emil Arnold and Lillian Kowalsky Arnold (Ahearn); and his siblings, Linda Mott and William Kowalsky. He is survived by : his wife Lisa Kowalsky (Cavanna); his children, Kristy Milne (Jason) of Tucson and Kyle Kowalsky of Boston; his grandchildren, Rylan Chavez, Cody Milne and Payson Milne; his great grandchild Alyiah Chavez; his siblings-in-law, Sue Kitchen of Old Lyme and James Cavanna (Lynne) of South Glastonbury; his friends, Bud and Bryan; and his in-laws, John and Theresa Cavanna. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
