We announce the death of Giochino J. Carchidi (Windham, Connecticut), who passed away on June 26, 2026, at the age of 103. Giochino will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Pietro Carchidi and Mildred Carchidi (Vitola); his fiancée Augustine "Dolly" Lombardo; and his siblings, Elizabeth Roy, Mary Mazzola, Nicholas and Joseph Carchidi.
He is survived by: his family Jack; his children, Peter, Karen and Colleen Lester (Michael); and his grandchildren, Katie Lester (Joshua Frankel) and Ryan Lester (Gillian Weeks). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
