Horace A Dexter Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Horace A Dexter in Windham, Connecticut, who passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Horace farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Horace is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ralph Dexter, Elizabeth White (Dexter) and Annie Perkins (Dexter). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Dexter (Bailey); his children, James H. Dexter (Tammy Dexter) of Sterling and Russell E. Dexter (Lori Marois) of Sterling; and his grandchildren, Evelyn, Abigail Dexter of Sterling, Alex Marois of Oklahoma, Julia Marois of Norwich and Josh Marois of Sterling. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
