It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey L. Diaz (Windham, Connecticut), who passed away on March 31, 2026, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother James; his father Louis; his stepfather Don; his aunt Ann; and his grandparents, Clara, Simeon Frechette and Vera.
He is survived by: his mother Janet Bessette; his sister Lisa (Jeff); his nephews, Nathan (Samantha) and Matthew; his great-nephew Dean; and his aunts and uncles, Cathy (Julie LaCombe), Shirley Hart, Mary (Bill Bessette), Emily (Frank) and Hal.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Dana Farber Jimmy Fund.
