We bid farewell to Rosa Rice of Windham, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on April 6, 2026 at the age of 93. Rosa touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. In the sacred silence of farewell, Rosa is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Rosa's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her mother R. Sabo; her sister Anna Dankiew; her brother-in-law Peter Dankiew; and her friends, Hedy, Lilli and Rose.
She is survived by: her daughter Beverly; and her goddaughter Kathy Delude.
In lieu of flowers the family welcomes donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
