We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2023, at the age of 73, Catherine Brown of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Joseph and Elizabeth Jeffrey (Walsh); her son Brett Jeffrey Brown; her brother Kenneth John Jeffrey; and her cousin Roger Gibbs.

She is survived by: her nephew Timothy Jeffrey; and her cousins, Susan Gibbs and Rachel Hannur (family: Sarah DePasquale). She is also survived by many relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Veteran's Hospital in West Haven, 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven, CT 06516-2770.
