He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lamer and Bernadette Lamer (George); and his daughter-in-law Katherine Lamer (Wayne). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Ann Lamer (Banning); his stepchildren, Connie Severance (Kirk) and Marshall Olszewski; his sons, Wayne Lamer, Douglas Lamer and Scott Lamer (Patricia); his grandchildren, Katelynne Pierce, Kelly Severance, Carrie McBryar, Jacob Lamer, Julia Lewis (Michael), Kristen Devore, Jessica Gray, Brittany Lamer, Brianna Hubbard (Dalton), Hunter Lamer (Kaley Higgenbottum) and Brailey Lamer; and his siblings, Charles "Chuck" Lamer, Regina DuBois, Juanita Funyak and Darlene Swickline. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
