It is with sadness that the passing of Frederick Barberi of Windsor Locks, Connecticut is shared. Frederick, born on July 23, 1942, passed away on October 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Frederick will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. Friends and family will honor Frederick by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence he had in their lives. Though Frederick is no longer present, the bonds he created and the experiences shared will endure. Frederick’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew him.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Barberi and Mary Barberi (Monolski); and his siblings, Robert Barberi and Lois Barberi. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Barberi (Barberito); and his brother James Barberi (Patricia) of East Windsor. He is also survived by extended family members and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home (441 Spring St, Windsor Locks, CT 06096). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (42 Spring St, Windsor Locks, CT 06096).
