We bid farewell to James Joseph Morin of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 22, 2025 at the age of 89. James touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though James may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Morin and Julia Morin (Quagliaroli). He is survived by: his wife Joan Morin (Glemboski); his children, Kevin Morin (Betty) of North Carolina and Karen Liappes (Michael) of New Hampshire; his grandson John Anderson of Tennessee; and his sister Judy Klocker of Windsor Locks. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Windsor Locks Funeral Home (441 Spring St, Windsor Locks, CT 06096). A burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at the St. Mary's Cemetery (220 Spring St, Windsor Locks, CT 06096). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Robert Bellarmine Church (52 S Elm St, Windsor Locks, CT 06096).
