He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mirek and Theresa Mirek (Blaszcyk); and his cousin Gary Mirek. He is survived by: his aunt Jean Dillon.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Damien of Molokai Parish - St. Gabriel (379 Broad St, Windsor, CT 06095).
