He is survived by: his friend Sandra; his wife Sandra DeForge; his children, Cheryl Murkowicz and Kyle Murkowicz (Leslie Kynik); and his sisters, Judy Walker (David), Barbara Murkowicz and Sophie Basile (Edward Basile). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
