She was predeceased by: her parents, William Carr and Clara Carr (Kittredge); and her brother Howard W. Carr. She is survived by: her husband Paul J. Tuttle of Windsor Locks; her children, William Tuttle of Enfield, Linda Roignant (Pat) of East Windsor and Cheryl Lash (Robert) of Windsor Locks; her grandchildren, Andrew Tuttle (Amber), Robert Lash (Teresa), Leah Peltier, Koren Tuttle and Crystal Tuttle; and her great grandchildren, Logan, Landon Tuttle, Kendra, Braydon, Naomi Lash and Connor Peltier.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Josephine's honor may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital at : St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
