Margaret Mary Celso Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Mary Celso of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, who passed away on November 14, 2025 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis V. Bout and Margaret Mary Bout (Ladd); her sisters, Grace Bout and Lisa Bout; and her brother-in-law James Davies.
She is survived by: her daughters, Meagan DeGray of Windsor Locks, Nicole Murcier of Windsor Locks, Amanda Murcier of Windsor Locks and Kayla Murcier of Windsor Locks; her grandchildren, JJ of Windsor Locks, Carter of Windsor Locks, Bryce of Windsor Locks, Liliana of Windsor Locks, Colby of Windsor Locks, Brynn of Windsor Locks and Tulliah of Windsor Locks; her nephews, Ryan and Todd Bout; and her close friends, Margaret Caldwell, Janet Scavetta and Hilsa DeJesus.
After high school, Peggy worked as a waitress and a bartender first at Sofia's Restaurant in East Windsor where she made many lifelong friends and more recently at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford where she worked for 15 years until the start of COVID in 2020.
