It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pamela Ann Bailey of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, born in West Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 27, 2025, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her nephews, Thomas Toscano, Matthew Toscano and Scott Bailey. She is survived by: her siblings, May Toscano, James Bailey (Gail) and Buddy Bailey; her niece Lisa Sargent (Brent); her great-nephew Luke; her nephew James Bailey Jr. (Nicole); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Camryn, Carly and Caitlin (Bella); and her friend Bud Cote. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
A reception will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carmon Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095).
