He was predeceased by: his wife Monique Boucher; his parents, Arthur Boucher and Sarah Boucher (Dugre); his siblings, Camille, Maurice, Andrew Boucher and Doris Blinstrubas; and his siblings-in-law, Rita and Walter.
He is survived by: his children, Norman Boucher (Linda Lee) of Windsor Locks, CT, Jeannie Stephenson (Keith) of Tampa, FL and Denise Lemire (Raymond) of Cape Coral, FL; his siblings, Roger Boucher (Denise) of Oxford, CT, Rita Dupre (Roland) of Wolcott, CT and Dorothy Cantillon of Waterbury, CT; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Boucher of Gibson, NC and Janet Boucher of Waterbury, CT. He is also survived by five grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
