He is survived by: his caregivers, Nancy Bednarz, Krystle and Julio; his wife Carol (Bellico); and his children, Brian (Kirstin), Alexa, Avery, Aaron, Laura (Matthew Cabral) of Bristol, RI, Ava and Mia.
