He was predeceased by: his parents, Andres Santiago and Dolores Santiago (Adorno). He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Steffy Withee (Howell); his sons, Ricardo Santiago of Milford and Victor Santiago, Jr.; his stepchildren, William Steffy of Windsor and Russell Steffy of Windsor Locks; his grandchildren, Dominique Santiago of Charelon, MA, Abraham Santiago of Manchester and Avianna Santiago; his great grandchild Gabriella Merrick of Charleton, MA; and his siblings, Maria'Lolin'Dolores, Sergio, Aurelio'Yeyo'Ruiz, Aladino Colon, Rafael'Rafy'Santiago and Andres Santiago. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
