We are sad to announce that on December 8, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Wanda Welch of Windsor Locks, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Earl Welch and Alberta Welch (Collins). She is survived by : her brothers, Edward Welch (Ellen) of Windsor Locks, Garry Welch (Linda) of East Windsor and Larry Welch (Judy) of Windsor Locks. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
