She was predeceased by: her father Ralph Allen; her son Orville Hugh Garvey; her grandson Harold Garvey; and her siblings, Byron Allen, Calvin Tyson, Ina Wilson, Linnette Allen and Phyllis Allen.
She is survived by: her mother Doris Allen (Williams); her husband Lawrence Garvey; her daughters, Jennie Dixon (Lennox Miller) of Windsor, Winsome Barnaby (Winston) of Windsor and Audrey Peczka (Paul) of Windsor; her grandchildren, Lesley Dixon, Roger Elvy of West Orange, NJ, Andre Barnaby (Shakiya) of Windsor Locks, Tao Harris (Shondell) of Mattapan, MA, Lamar Flowers of Manchester, Shauntelle Barnaby of Windsor, Kyle Garvey of San Antonio, TX, Joel Garvey, Sr. of San Antonio, TX, Tyler Jennings-Peczka of Brooklyn, NY and Dylan Peczka of Jersey City, NJ; and her great grandchildren, Zoe Elvy, Morgan Barnaby, Carter Durham, Andre Barnaby II, Hunter Harris, Cameron Flowers, Cameron Garvey, Noah Garvey and Bryson Garvey. She is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews; and a host of great-nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
