Debra leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Debra’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Debra will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Arpaia and Antonetta Ray (Stanzione); and her brother Paul Arpaia. She is survived by: her husband Norman L. Roper of Windsor; her daughter Kristy Roper (Andre Adame) of Manchester; her siblings, Anthony Arpaia (Rosanna) of Waterbury and Patricia Flynn (Patrick) of Chardon, OH; her nieces, Koriann Roberts (Neil) of Burlington, CT, Shanna (Don) of Camara and Megan Wade (Jay) of Chardon, OH; and her nephew Jason Arpaia of Waterbury.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carmon Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095).
