He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rossing and Clara Rossing (Pottinger); and his sister Virginia Doyer. He is survived by: his wife Marie Lorraine Rossing (Blais); his children, Donna Easter (Dale) of Windsor, Thomas Rossing (Francine) of Broad Brook and Michael Rossing (Nancy) of Windsor Locks; his grandchildren, Tim, Jessie, Travis, Cheyanne, Kate and Lindsey; his great grandchildren, Tristan and Camden; and his sister Charlotte.
