He is survived by: his wife Susan Rogers (Morgan); his son Joshua M. Cooke (Kim Usseglio) of Belmont, MA; his siblings, Pamela Parnell, Connie Rogers, Michael Rogers and Mary Rogers; and his pet Checkers. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
