He is survived by: his brother Pat; his children, Robert Burns (Kayla), Chestina Dowgiewicz (Lee) and Donna Rotsaert (Keith); his grandchildren, Christopher, Gabriella, Hunter, Seina, Andrew, Weston and Pépère; his siblings, Paul Burns (Suzanne), Tommy Burns and Margaret Jean Poulin (Marcel); and his sisters-in-law, Sara and Donna Camillo.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Carmon Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Damien of Molokai Parish - St. Gabriel (379 Broad St, Windsor, CT 06095).
