He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Flannery and Katherine Flannery (Driscoll). He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara O'Neil (Frederick) and Timothy Flannery (Linda Morse); his nephew Ryan O'Neil (Kathleen); his niece Tracy O'Neil (Kent Kleiman); his great-niece Beatrice; and also Ansel.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Carmon Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM and from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM.
