She was predeceased by: her adoptive father Kenneth H. Mitchell; and her sister Jamilla Hooks. She is survived by: her parents, Robert W. Hooks and Shawn Williams; her husband Jose Rodriguez, Jr.; her former husband Dale Moore; her children, David J. Moore, Mason Rodriguez, Gabrielle Moore and Zoe Moore; her siblings, Kenneth H. Mitchell, II, Justin Rice, Randall Rice, Kentrell Mitchell, Robert Hooks, Jr., Vincent Hooks, Mary "Precious" Walters and Nicole Hooks; her aunt Minister Mary Williams; and her godmother Donna Burgess. She is also survived by uncles, other aunts, cousins, in-laws, family and friends.
