As we bid adieu to Shirley's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Shirley has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Thomas P. Woble; her parents, Joseph Petraitis and Rose Petraitis (Shabot); and her son David Woble. She is survived by: her sons, TJ Woble of Rockville and Douglas Woble (Heather) of Colchester; and her grandsons, Joseph, Patrick and Sean Woble.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Samsel & Carmon Funeral Home (419 Buckland Rd, South Windsor, CT 06074). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Shirley's memory to The Windsor Food and Fuel Bank, P.O. Box 854 Windsor, CT 06095.
