He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas G. Martin, Sr. and Nicoletta Martin (Micelli); his brother Robert A. Martin; and his sister-in-law Jacalyn King. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Martin (Purdy); his children, Sheila Ellen Martin of Windsor and Dr. Thomas G. Martin, III (Beth Mulcahy) of San Francisco, CA; his grandsons, Drew Orsini, Colby and Nicolas Martin; his sister Mary Martin Brock (James) of Mill Valley, CA; his sister-in-law Susan Peterson (Donald) of Enfield; and his nieces and nephews, Joshua, Luke, Raina, Tyler, Jill, Donald, Kerry, Jennifer and Kelly. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Carmon Windsor Funeral Home (807 Bloomfield Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Damien of Molokai Parish-St. Joseph Church (1747 Poquonock Ave, Windsor, CT 06095). A reception will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:30 AM at 1936 Blue Hills Ave Ext, Windsor, CT 06095.
