He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Woodruff and Edna R. Woodruff (Sunderland) of Waterbury, Connecticut.. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary J. Laing of Palatka, Dharm Kaur Khalsa (Jean Woodruff) of Flagstaff, Arizona and Sue E. Geis (Gerry Geis) of Palm Coast, Florida; his nieces, Linda J. Stanton of Asheville, Beth E. Stanton (Daniel Sadowski) of Modesto and Christina Geis of Jacksonville; his nephew Todd D. Stanton (Sai Garth) of Oakville, Connecticut; and his cousin Margie Sartori (Mausolf) of Westbrook. He is also survived by children as a clown for children.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Grace Episcopal Church (311 Broad St, Windsor, CT 06095). A reception will be held on Saturday, June 20th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
