She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur Gabel; and her parents, Denton Bower and Fannie Bower (Oakley). She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey (Diane) of Suffield and Elaine (Fred Harper) of Naples Florida; her grandsons, Brendan Peters of Mesa Arizona, Adam Gabel of Windsor Locks and Andrew Gabel of Coventry; and her great grandchildren, McKenna, Saige, Maddison, Aubrey, Brooklyn and Cecelia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
