As Christine departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Christine. Though Christine may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Frederick and Eva Maude Taken (Turner); and her siblings, Kenneth Taken and Joy Fearnley. She is survived by: her daughters, Karen D'Attilio (Anthony) of East Hartford and Heather Baker (Todd) of Southington; and her grandchildren, Erika D'Attilio of East Hartford, Alex D'Attilio of Reston, VA and Tyler Baker of Southington. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or to the American Cancer Society.
