It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie Lee Angell (Winsted, Connecticut), born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 4, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Kessler, Sr. and Henrietta Kessler (Weiss); her sister Terri; and her brother-in-law Scott Weech. She is survived by: her husband Tim; her sons, Aaron Angell (Megan) and Brian Angell (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Ceceilia, Eva, Meredith, Patrick, Joseph and Abigail; her siblings, Tina Orner, Sandy Gorba, Lesa Hartranft (Allen) and Edward Kessler, Jr. (Joanie); and her nephew Ryan Hartranft. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
