He is survived by: his wife Jeanne DiVita (Poole); his sons, James "Tito" DiVita (Sarah) of Union, KY and Chris DiVita (Vanessa) of New Hartford; his grandchildren, Ciara of Charlotte, NC, Maria Work (Joe) of Columbus, OH, Aidan, Devin, Lydia, Ty, Gianna, Chiara and Joella; his stepgranddaughter Julia Link (Tyler) of Columbus, OH; his sisters, Joan Durant of Winsted, Mary Newman (Fred) of Winsted and Sandra Lemelin (Joe) of Winsted; and his in-laws, Robert Poole (Colleen) of Winsted, Bill Poole (Arlene) of Torrington and Kathryn Jackson of Kittery, Maine. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with many wonderful cousins.
