In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Lewis leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Lewis may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Ann Centrella (Nycz); and his parents, Louis Centrella and Germaine Centrella (Tardiff). He is survived by: his children, Tracy Hoskins (Scott) of Barkhamsted, Mark Centrella and Brian Centrella (Kara) of Torrington; his grandchildren, Danny and Ema Hoskins; and his close friend Mary Lou Chivas.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Montano-Shea Funeral Home (922 Main St, Winsted, CT 06098). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Cemetery (89 Torringford St, Winsted, CT 06098).
