He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hazen and Mary Hazen (Tracey); and his brother Ralph Hazen. He is survived by: his son Richard J. Hazen (Ashley Greenbaum); his granddaughter Ashlyn Hazen; his daughter Tracey Hazen (John Mahoney); his siblings, Marcia Woulfe, Catherine Taft (Fred), Robert (Karen) and Raymond (Debra); his former wife Ines Hazen; his sister-in-law Valerie Hazen; and his siblings, Tracey and Rick. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
