He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

“This guy had such a great voice for radio, and more importantly it was obvious how much he enjoyed covering local sports. The Northwest Corner and Berkshire League often go overlooked by many of the bigger conferences, it always made us feel good knowing that Bill, Mike, and Patsy were there to provide coverage, and in a fun way. While Bill is no longer with us, his positive attitude, constant smiling, and his raspy, electric voice will never be extinguished. We will miss you, but never forget.”
