She is survived by: her parents, Danielle Simpson (Boutot) and Gail Boutot (Osborne); her husband David Simpson; her daughters, Isabella Simpson (Kole Bolte) and Emma Simpson (Matthew Lanza); and her brother Kyle Boutot. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Woodtick Memorial (420 Woodtick Rd, Wolcott, CT 06716). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Basil the Great Parish (517 Woodtick Rd, Wolcott, CT 06716).
