He is survived by: his children, Deborah A. Kenny (James Trotz) of New Windsor, MD, Maureen E. Kenny of Torrington and Edward D. Kenny, Jr. (Lisa Lorraine) of Rocky Hill; and his grandchildren, Christopher Hackney, Nicole Reichenbach, Jeffrey Trotz, Amanda Hackney, Erika Kenny and Jason Kenny. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
