He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest G. Ouellette and Nancy R. Ouellette (Downey). He is survived by: his wife Judy Ouellette (Scarpa); his children, Erik Ouellette (Heather) of Wolcott, CT and Nicole Trusch (Matthew) of Bristol, CT; and his siblings, Curtis Ouellette (Diane) of Wolcott, CT, Sharon Solocius (Ron) of Leesburg, FL and Gary Ouellette (Bernadette) of Wolcott, CT. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
