She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kolakoski and Mary Kolakoski (Remish). She is survived by: her husband Al; her sons, Todd DeBarba (Lisa Leonard) and Brett (Rebecca DeBarba); her grandsons, Colin and Alex DeBarba; and her siblings, Patricia (Robert Batten) and Thomas (Lucille Kolakoski). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
