She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Shuman and Lucy Shuman (Gaudiosi); and her son-in-law Thomas Miles. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Varanelli; her daughter Stephanie Varanelli Miles; and her granddaughters, Trudy and Thea Miles.
