He is survived by : his wife Beatrice Irra; his children, Milan Kupka of Waterbury, Monica Irra of Wolcott and Ilona Kupka; his sisters, Mirka and Kveta; and his grandsons, Michael, Wyatt, Wade and Joseph. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
