He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Reilly and Anne Reilly (McNeillis); and his siblings, Francis, Steven and Susan Becker.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Reilly (Cukrowicz); his children, Richard Francis Jr. and Maureen Herzman (William); his grandchildren, Morgan and Robert "Bobby"; and his siblings, Robert Reilly (Susan) and Diane McCue. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Care (1987 E Main St, Waterbury, CT 06705). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception (74 W Main St, Waterbury, CT 06702).
