He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas J. Ciarlo, and Florence Ciarlo, Sr. (Marcella); his brother Robert Ciarlo; and his sister-in-law Susan Ciarlo. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Ciarlo (Jacovino); his son Robert M. Ciarlo of New Bedford, MA; and his brothers, Joseph Ciarlo of Cheshire, Jack Ciarlo (Diane) of Cheshire, Michael Ciarlo (Donna) of Waterbury and David Ciarlo (Bridget) of Wolcott. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and great nieces and great nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Basilica of the Immaculate Conception (74 W Main St, Waterbury, CT 06702).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Tommy's memory to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital Tribute Program.
