He is survived by: his children, Phillip Rella North Haven, Nancy Brodesser (Andy) of Prospect and Carol Gendron; his grandchildren, Gianna Rella, Crystal Perachio and Zach Brodesser; his great grandchildren, Anna Petruny, Jonathan Petruny, Kaitlyn Perachio, Logan Perachio and Grayson Walter Cosgrove; Barbara Rella.
