He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Zorena and Helen Zorena (Zaniewski); and his sister-in-law Nancy Zorena. He is survived by: his wife Carmela Zorena (Persano); his sons, Richard J. Zorena (Joan), James Zorena, Michael Zorena (Raffaella DeGruttola) and Joseph Zorena (Amanda); his siblings, Brian and Beverly Keller; and his grandchildren, Courtney Wiss (Alex Wiss), Lauren Zorena, Clare Zorena, Amalia Zorena, Alivia Zorena and Isabella Zorena. He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the West Haven Funeral Home (662 Savin Ave, West Haven, CT 06516). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Barnabas Church (44 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473).
