She was predeceased by: her parents, Meyer C. Allen and Mildred Allen (Kriewald); and her siblings, Jeanne Fowler, Joyce Fraser, Robert Allen, John Allen and James Allen.
She is survived by: her husband William H. Smith; and her daughter Cynthia Audino Karney. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
