He was predeceased by : his parents, Franklin Harlow and Laurette Jean Judson (Theriault); his sister Bonnie J. Rose; and his nephew Steven. He is survived by : his sister Gail J. Manning; his nephews, Matthew and Andrew; his niece Aimee (J. R.); his daughter-in-law Lyn; his grandchildren-in-law, Charles Jr. (Gail), Jane (Chris Gerwein), Peter (Elizabeth) and Tammy J. Terrell; and also, Nanette Scherer (Charles), Michael and Chellsee (Doug Jacqueman). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
