He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kowalski and Mikolay Kowalski; and his wife Dorothy. He is survived by: his daughters, Jan Michelle Mustin (Robert Daniel Mustin) of Danbury, CT and Kim Louise Bailey (Jeffrey Wittner) of Garrison, NY; and his grandchildren, Sarah and Zachary Bailey.
