He was predeceased by: his parents, Amelia P. Lauer and John E. Lauer; his wife Linda Walker Lauer; and his brother William Lauer. He is survived by: his children, Kristin Pronovost (John) of Woodbury and Mark Lauer (Erica) of Orange; his grandchildren, Austin, Logan Pronovost, Olivia and Nathan Lauer; and his sister-in-law Janice Duszak. He is also survived by several loving cousins, nieces, and nephews; and a wonderful circle of friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Munson-Lovetere Funeral Home (2 School St, Woodbury, CT 06798).
