He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Butkus (Julian); his wife Kathleen; and his brothers, Charles and Michael "Mickey" Butkus. He is survived by: his father Anthony E. Butkus, Jr. of Bethlehem; his children, Madison (Brendan) of Oakville and Dylan of Bantam; his siblings, Tony (Karen) of Bethlehem and Diane Rabideau (Jason) of Bethlehem; his niece Kaylee; and his nephew TJ.
